Fritzie Paul, (born Cathy Jean Fritzmeier on October 17, 1953 in Quincy, Illinois), departed this Earth on June 2, 2023 in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. She was 69 years old.

She was predeceased by her parents, Theodore William and Rita Mae, sister Christine Ann Fritzmeier Marble, and long time companion David Lewis Paul. She is survived by her son Theophilus Fritz Gaccione of Portland, Oregon, brother William T. Fritzmeier of Sarastoa, Florida, and several aunts, uncles, neices and nephews.

Fritzie attended Quincy Senior High School in Illinois. She came to Florida with her family in 1969 and graduated with honors from Palmetto High School, Class of 1971. After high school she studied at Eckerd College.

For many years she delighted guests as a piano bar entertainer with Holland America Cruise Lines. Later, she played at the Sea View Hotel in Bal Harbour, Florida. Fritzie was also a supporter and active with the Progressive Democrats of America.
