Otis Benjamin "Benny" Godfrey, Jr. of Parrish, FL
and formerly of Tifton, GA was born July 5, 1952.

He passed away on January 17, 2009 at the age of 56.

Benny was survived by two sons, Otis B. III "Benji" and Christopher, and daughter, Nickie; brothers, Buddy and Penny; sisters, Faye Lutz and Carolyn Rebello;
and nine grandchildren.

Private services were held at Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory
43rd Street Chapel in Bradenton, FL.
