Deborah Jean Revell Ramage


RAMAGE, Deborah Jean, age 52 died Monday, February 6, 2006 at Jackson Hospital. Mrs. Ramage is survived by her husband, Michael Ramage; Three sons, Christopher (Maryanne) Ramage, Joshua (Stepanie) Ramage, Caleb Ramage; One daughter, Beth Ramage Grandchildren, Austin & Alexandria Ramage; Sisters, Beverly (Jim) Foy of Florida, Brenda (Tom) Strickland of Florida and good friends, Jo & Bill Vinson, Trish Turney and many others.

Mrs. Ramage worked for the Dept. Of Education, Dept. of Transportation, she was an active member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church where she was Head of the Prayer Ministry for several years. She was also active in Neighbors in Christ, Compassionate Friends and she served in the United States Air Force.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Southern Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev . Nathan Attwood officiating. Burial will follow at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Serving as Pall-bearers will be Chris, Josh, Caleb Ramage, Bryan Willis, John Samford and Scott Vinson. Visitation will be held Friday, February 10, 2006 two hours prior to the service at Southern Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Research Fund or St. Mark's United Methodist Church.
