Margaret Kim Stinson

June 17, 1953 - July 9, 2018

Kim graduated from Palmetto High School in 1971 and received her bachelor's degree in Education from the University of South Florida. Kim taught Elementary School in Key Largo for 10 years before returning to Manatee County where she continued her career as a teacher at Blackburn Elementary. Kim was also active at Holy Cross Catholic Church where her passion for teaching continued as a Sunday School teacher, mentor and youth leader.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents John P. Stinson and Kathryn P. Stinson. She is survived by her 7 brothers and 7 sister-in-laws; 2 sisters and 2 brother in laws; 27 nephews and nieces and 29 great nephews and nieces.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 14th at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Viewing will begin at 9:30 am with the service starting at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Tidewell Hospice, Ellenton - 5955 Rand Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34238.
