Pamela Diane Lawson, 68, passed away December 24, 2020. She was born December 6, 1952 in Fort Myers, Florida to Doyle and the late Zula (Starling) Strickland. In addition to her mother, she is predeceased by her husband James Lawson.
Pamela came to Bradenton in 1970 from Fort Myers. She was a baptist, a hair stylist and loved to cook and sew but most of all spend time with her grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory are her father, Doyle Strickland and his wife Kathy; daughter, Lori Tudhope and her husband Danny Stott; sons, Danny Molter, Nathan Lawson, all of Bradenton; siblings, Mona (Carla) Rutherford of Willacoochee, Georgia; Shannon Strickland and his wife Jeanne of Texas; Katrina Murphy and her husband Toby of Texas; Greg Strickland and his wife Teresa of Texas; Derek Strickland and his wife Theresa of Tennessee; and Anita Landon and her husband Rich; grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley, Doyle, Gracie, Sarabeth, Tim and Cheyenne; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Pamela will be laid to rest beside her husband James at Sarasota National Cemetery.
