Karen Marie Whitfield Robinson

Karen Marie Robinson, 49, of Bradenton, died Nov. 23, 2001, in Doctors Hospital of Sarasota. Memorial service will be 4 p.m. today (11/26/01) at Ellenton Funeral Home, 3411 U.S. 301, Ellenton, with Pastor Gary Byrum officiating.

Born in Buford, Ga., Mrs. Robinson came to Manatee County from there in 1969. She was a homemaker. She attended Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Willard T.; two daughters, Dawn Barfield of Cohutta, Ga., and Penny, of Bradenton; a son, David Paul, of Bradenton; two sisters, Linda Scybold of Bradenton, and Ann Teller of Harrison Valley, Pa.; two brothers, Michael Whitfield of Meridian, Miss., and Jack Whitfield of Rocky Face, Ga.; her mother, Mildred Whitfield of Bradenton; and two grandchildren.
