Stephen Thomas Wilsher

May 5, 1953 - April 10, 2022

Our husband, father, and friend, Steve Wilsher, passed from this life on April 10, 2022 at the age of 68 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Steve was a member of the Fultondale Church of Christ for 44 years, and served as an elder for over 25 years.

Steve started Teksouth Corporation in 1982 and it has been located in Gardendale for over 20 years. All of his employees were family to him.

Steve was born in Seguin, Texas to Arlin and Edna Wilsher (both deceased). He grew up in Palmetto, Florida and attended Florida College where he met the love of his life, Marsha (Belzer). They were married for 47 wonderful years. He is survived by Marsha, and their two daughters, Mandy (Luke) Fielding and Alexis (Matt) Bennett. He is also survived by his sisters, Sheran Jeffery, Dee (Nelson) Fox, Arleen (Charles) Pope and brother Ress (Nancy) Wilsher. Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Bobbie Belzer, and his brother-in-law, Scott Belzer. He has four beloved grandchildren: Jackson Fielding, Lyla Bennett, Jesse Bennett and Nora Bennett and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

If anyone would like to honor Steve, please donate to Florida College, 119 N. Glen Arven, Temple Terrace, Florida 33617.
